How to stay happy and calm

Try smiley technique to stay happy and positive.

Nowadays, life has become complicated and finding peace can be even more difficult. Happiness is a state where one feels content and satisfied with the surroundings. However, there are certain elements that constantly hinder our happiness. Therefore, all you need is to ignore those disturbing elements and stand as a wall to honour the delight.
Your mind is a battle field, be it's commander not it's soldier. The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts. So always think positive and see the magic.

Remember that life is a journey, not a destination. Once you think you have it all figured out, you cut off your capacity to make mistakes, discover new horizons and become an even better version of your already awesome self. Be the student. Be the beginner. And reap the rewards of a calm and happy life. It’s not going to happen. We simply need to start living.

The best you can do is to let it go and live your life today. With no purpose. You should live your best life, and prosper in ways you can't even imagine. You must make the best use of this life and also remember all the troubles you face and mistakes you make or have made are a part of the process,  Enjoy the present, We often have a tendency to worry about the past events that make us feel vulnerable and also make us think about the future. Give it a pause for some time and enjoy your present. Your past is going to help you to create a beautiful picture, what you need to do is focus on your beautiful future and work in the present, that's the key. Stop regretting and stop diving into your past, whatever is happened, it's happened, it's gone. Only thing which you have  in your hand is this present moment, where you need to be consistent with your work, with your practices, with your process, so that you can work on your dreams.

You feel negative only when you focus problems in your life, on the limitations, on your weakness or what is happened in past . Everyone has suffered at least once in life, but to forgive and forget things should be your ‘Guru Mantra’ to remain happy.
People may be unkind, you be kind.
They may cheat, you be honest.
They may forget your good deeds, you do good.
In the end, it will be between you and God; and not you and them!

Wash off the negativity from your life, It is one of the important steps you should undertake. Therefore, maintain a safe distance from people and surroundings that make you feel inferior or negative. However, such negative surrounding and people will only conspire to make you feel deficient.

Still if you find difficult to be happy then do this simple thing.... Smiley technique.
Look at a smiley, ( you can find this in your phone, or just buy a smiley ball from market) keep on looking this smiley and close your eyes, take a deep breath and exhale, feel relaxed and imagine this smiley in your mind's eye. Try to see this smiley with closed eyes, it's two eyes and happy smile on it's face. If you can't able to see them open your eyes and again see smiley😀😊 face for few seconds and close the eyes and repeat the process. In that smiley face now you focus on your own face , your joyful eyes and happy smiley face and feel that this happiness is going all through your body. Repeat this process for few days, and then this smile will be always on your face. Once you start feeling happy, your nature will become positive and all Positive things will happen to you.
